Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) present complex challenges that impact both patients and caregivers across the continuum of care. This session will explore an integrated medical and wellness-based approach to addressing the needs of individuals living with ADRD and those who care for them. Participants will gain insight into evidence-based medical treatments, holistic wellness strategies, and community-based supports that promote quality of life and reduce caregiver burden.
