I am Bukata Mubanga, a junior at Alabama A&M University and the campus ambassador for The Alabama Collective. On September 18th, we plan to host an Innovation Power Hour on our campus. This event is designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry by connecting students with valuable opportunities, including internships, professional training, resources, and industry-recognized certifications.
The Innovation Power Hour has already been held at seven HBCU campuses, engaging more than 700 students, faculty, and community members in technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship. We are excited to bring this impactful program to Alabama A&M University and provide our students with meaningful tools for career and leadership development.
