PRIORITY Deadlines

• Fall Semester Deadline: July 15th (Exception for transfer/late Freshman admits)
• Spring Semester Deadline: November 20th
• Summer Semester Deadline: April 20th

To ensure timely review, processing, and implementation of academic and housing accommodations, students are strongly encouraged to submit all accommodation requests and supporting documentation by the published priority deadlines each semester. Requests submitted after the priority deadline will still be reviewed; however, delays in processing and implementation may occur based on the timing of submission.

Please note that housing accommodations are contingent upon space availability and are reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date a completed request and all required documentation are received. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or immediate placement in a specific housing assignment.
